Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.
Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or outside of normal business hours will be processed on the next available business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation notification containing tracking information, where available.
Shipping Timeframes
ForgeStep offers delivery throughout South Africa, with an estimated delivery timeframe of 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch.

Shipping Costs

Delivery Information

Damaged or Missing Items
We take great care when packaging every order. If your package arrives damaged or if any items are missing, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To assist with our investigation, we may request photographs of the packaging and products received.
